Definition
No one knows what exactly a strategy is, but everyone has one, sometime even many, for everything they do. This ensures that there's always something to blame when things go south, which is almost always.
Example
The ultimate strategy for following any diet is to eat the right food at the right time in the right quantity...see it does and does not make sense
LIFE COACH: You are not happy in life because you don't have a strategy to be happy.
ME: Huh what?!
LIFE COACH: That will be $100.
*sadness intensified*
